Returns Policy

Flwoof was created with the aim to design and produce vibrant fun towels for pets and people who love them. As we are a small business our focus is on our customers and we want this to reflect in our return policy.

We stand behind our product and know you will love it too. If you are not satisfied with your Flwoof towel or one of our products we will happily exchange within 14 days of your purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your item is faulty and a refund is requested, on return of your item we will inspect it and if it meets unsaleable conditions, you will receive a refund via your original payment method. For card payments, this may take up to 10 business days for a refund to show on your statement. In case of an exchange, we will ship another item to you right away. Please note that the shipping costs for returns/ exchanges are at the expense of the customer and will be added to the bill.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at letsconnect@flwoof.me. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All our sale items are non-refundable including Flwoof gift cards or additional gift with purchase items provided by Flwoof.

PLEASE NOTE: Our products have been designed by Willow who is 7 years old. All designs have remained unaltered from the original, and printed as she intended it. This may mean some of the illustrations may be out of alignment or may look hand drawn. This is how Willow has designed our Flwoof towels and we trust you will smile when you see our product.
